All StreetSMART team members are paid a salary as well as a quarterly bonus. The bonus is structured to take account of the individual roles and responsibilities, is measurable and not subjective in its application.

StreetSMART business management technology is leading edge and performance data and KPI’s are available to all team members on a real time basis to enable them to monitor performance against targets. StreetSMART offices are in Mount Wellington, Auckland located with easy motorway access. The offices air conditioned, clean, tidy, have plenty of natural light and are well organised. We believe our working environment is important for both functional and aesthetic reasons.
