APIA meet once a month int he Rutherford Room at the Alexandra Park Convention Centre in Greenlane and usually have a key note speaker. The speakers are high quality and talk about a number of different property related topics including property tax, legal issues and law changes, wealth creation, goal setting, investment strategies, motivation, and so on. There is time to network with other like minded property investors both before and after the speaker.
